Perth Roller Doors offers a 15-Year Warranty on all complete garage door and motor packages supplied and installed from 1st April 2025 onwards.

 

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, all eligible customers are automatically enrolled in our 15-Year Warranty Program. To qualify, both the garage door and motor must be installed by Perth Roller Doors. For long-term peace of mind, please refer to the full warranty terms and conditions provided below. Our standard service fee is $165 (excluding any replacement parts that may be required).

 

We have full confidence in the products we supply and the expertise of our technicians, which is why we proudly offer this extended 15-Year Warranty when your garage door and motor are purchased and installed as a package. To maintain this warranty, it’s essential that your system is serviced within 12 months of installation and every 24 months thereafter by a Perth Roller Doors approved technician.

 

To help you stay on top of your warranty requirements, we’ve set up an automated system to send annual service reminders. As long as we have your current mobile number and email address, we’ll notify you when your next service is due and help arrange the appointment.

Manufacturer warranties do not typically cover:

Merlin garage door openers are backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranties, subject to Merlin's terms and conditions.

Merlin warranties generally cover manufacturing defects affecting the motor unit and associated components during the applicable warranty period. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the model installed.

To maintain warranty eligibility:

• The opener must be installed according to manufacturer specifications.

• The garage door must be balanced and operating correctly.

• Regular servicing and maintenance should be carried out.

• Genuine Merlin accessories should be used where required.

If a fault develops during the warranty period, Perth Roller Doors AU can assist with troubleshooting, warranty assessment, and coordination with the manufacturer where applicable.

Installation Warranty
