Unless specified otherwise, all sectional doors have a textured woodgrain finish, while roller doors are smooth. Jambs and pelmets are smooth finished, and roller door pelmets are non-corrugated unless otherwise specified.

Re-used components (e.g., existing automatic openers or mechanical parts) listed in this quotation are not covered by any warranty, either express or implied.

New doors are supplied with a bottom weather seal designed to minimise ingress of debris and water. Where the garage floor is uneven by more than 15mm, minor gaps may remain. The weather seal is BAL-rated and may appear deformed due to packaging; this will subside within 2–3 weeks of use and sun exposure.

Garage doors do not create a perfect seal. Small gaps may remain after installation between the door and the brickwork or flashing.

Unless explicitly stated, this quotation does not include the installation of power points or the relocation of lighting.

While Perth Roller Doors will endeavour to conceal old holes from prior installations, due to product changes this may not always be feasible. Buyers are encouraged to raise any concerns in advance.
